Provider-specific restrictions and review conditions
KURV requires prior bank approval and supporting CBD documents. Maverick CBD review is bank-specific and conditional. No blanket acceptance of THC products is implied.
Eligibility in one provider’s matrix does not establish eligibility with another. Rules, products, transaction channels, and applicable law must be confirmed for the individual merchant. No approval, rate, reserve level, or funding timetable is guaranteed.
